Agenda (attached below) items were discussed to be voted on if necessary at the AGM in August.

Points voted on:

Money collected at the year end tournament was voted to be donated to Dave Tessier all in favour. This would include 50/50 draw and entrance fees.

Year end lunch was discussed for the tournament at Raxx. Vote was carried to have a lunch paid for from the league funds. This is a way of giving back to Raxx as a venue. They do not charge us all year for playing on their tables. Without Raxx we would not have a league venue to play.

• Player eligibility (1 team per night rule)

• Ball jumping off the table or bouncing out of a pocket

  • A Division: 6 teams
  • B & C Divisions: 8 teams each (as approved at August AGM)
