NOTE: Minutes are to reflect what happened at a meeting. Since the AGM a few things have changed which we felt were important to note at the end of the minutes.
Two new teams were welcomed to the League giving the league 24 teams now.
Vote was held for Executive with the following being voted or by acclamation in:
*President – Arsene (Bone) Veronneau
*Vice President – Amanda Sly
*Secretary – no volunteers Lynn Macintyre to continue
*Executive Member – Jim Nairn
*Statistician – Darcy Mitton
*Treasurer – Lynn Macintyre
Financials for 2025-2026 were presented:
*Income – $31,056.76
*Expenses – $24,449.18
*Net Income – $ 6,607.58
Rule changes were addressed that were tabled at the last captains meeting with one
change being voted in:
If your team has 5 players and is not a mixed gender then you lose 6 points. If you
have 5 players and your team is a mixed gender then you lose 1 point. The 5
players can rotate and the last game is a forfeit. This must be the exception not a
weekly event.
Two teams will be moving out of Overtime to RAXX being Overly Cueless and
Pocket Pool as Overtime has taken out two tables leaving 4 teams at Overtime.
Two new teams will be at K&R.
All other teams remain unchanged.
Clarifications of shooting the 8 ball were discussed. Additional rule passed. If you
are shooting the 8 ball and you miss the 8 ball, it is a loss of game. Please see league
website for other rules.
Vote for new fee of $10.00 per player and $60.00 per team per night was passed.
This increase was needed as RAXX is now charging us a green fee per night and
additional revenue is required.
Vote to have a luncheon again at the end of the season was passed.
General Information:
League dates will be – September 8 th to December 15 th
– January 5 th to February 23rd
– Playoffs March 9 th to April 20 th
– Year end lunch and tournament May 8th
As there are now 12 teams out of RAXX your games can start anytime after 6:00.
All games are to be finished by 10:00 at RAXX no exceptions. Jumping on a third
table right away is fine.
New league books will be distributed the first night of play.
Before the start of the season the website will be updated with changes.
NOTES since AGM:
Tammy Scouten has volunteered to be the league Secretary and posts to facebook.
One of the new teams did not end up being formed, Rack and Roll is not
fielding a team this year so 10 teams out of RAXX not 12 teams.
This leaves the league with 22 teams.

Because of 22 teams dates will be:
– September 8 th to December 8 th
– December 15 th “weather day”
– January 5 th to February 16 th
– February 23 rd and March 2 nd “weather days”
