The President is an elected position and serves as the voice of the league for public relations, including media, advertisements, and donations. This role requires awareness of all executive members’ responsibilities and ongoing tasks, as well as knowledge of the league’s finances at all times. The President is responsible for overseeing the general business of the league, creating and/or reviewing the season schedule prepared by the appointed member, and ensuring familiarity with the rules in order to interpret them when necessary. At the end of the season, the President distributes team funds. In addition, the President is a voting member of the executive.

The Vice-President is an elected position and is responsible for assuming all duties of the President in their absence. This role requires awareness of the President’s activities within the league and familiarity with the rules in order to interpret them when necessary. The Vice-President is also a voting member of the executive.

The Treasurer is appointed by the executive and is responsible for managing the league’s finances. This includes collecting money, issuing receipts when required, and executing donations while ensuring receipts are obtained. The Treasurer keeps the executive informed of the league’s financial status at all times and serves as a voting member of the executive.

The Secretary is a voted position and is responsible for attending all meetings and compiling meeting notes. This role requires familiarity with the code of conduct and the ability to scribe warnings, which are then disseminated by the President. The Secretary is also a voting member of the executive.

The Statistician is appointed by the executive and is responsible for scheduling and scorekeeping. This includes ensuring the schedule is available on the website for both the regular season and playoffs, as well as keeping track of team scores and making sure they are uploaded as soon as possible. The Statistician is not a voting member of the executive.
